Caffeine is bad for any chronic pain. I'm a caffeine addict, I'll admit it but I almost always have increased pain after drinking something like Starbucks coffee... well one cup I'm ok but any more and I'm in trouble.

Honestly as far as diet we should all stop eating processed food, too much sugar, and caffeine. All those things cause increased pain but they are also bad for anyone.

I seem to remember reading about some diet for RSD a while back but can't remember where i saw it. There were other specific foods on it but from the comments I read it seemed that no one really noticed a difference. Wish I could remember where I saw it.
